We have some good friends that always invite us over with some other families to make gingerbread houses. She is amazing and bakes a house from scratch for every family. This year we were all set to go but their little girl got sick....she still baked the houses and took them to families...so nice. We had such a fun and great evening together making our house. Noah even made a blueprint earlier in the day. Sad to say but with all the chaos going around us this was the first time we felt really Christmasy.
