4th of July-little late

We spent our fourth of July celebrating much! The day started put early when we set out with our good friends the Tattons and the Brookers to go boating and water skiing. Everybody made valid attempts at getting up yet again, only a few succeeded.
It was the perfect day to be out on the water and the kids enjoyed playing in the inlet. We saw some manatee swimming right by the docks and that was pretty amazing.

Poor Noah got really tired and pooped out for a minute on the boat. Who knew a life vest could make such a comfy pillow!

We then attended 3 baptisms which is simply amazing. One of them was a Mia Maid in my class so that was super exciting to be there. It was also Zac's final baptism to conduct because he has been called as the ward seminary teacher. He is really excited for this calling and will do such a wonderful job with the youth! The evening it was off to my sister's house for hot dogs, hamburgers, and of course charades. We lit a few sparklers and then headed home. Some neighbors were setting off some big fireworks that Noah enjoyed from the car...not so much out on the driveway. All in all it was a fabulous day to celebrate our independence.
