A friend in Noah's class who's dad is actually Zac's former boss had a baby sister that died shortly after birth from a disease they were aware of before she was born. His family held a 5k to raise funds for research and we were able to attend. It was a great event and fun for all. They had a short kids run where they released pink balloons as they passed the finish line. Both Noah and Ellie participated.
