Our friends the Brookers had us over along with 5 other families for their annual gingerbread making night. They are amazing and bake all the gingerbread. It is a great way for us to get rid of old Halloween candy:)
Yes, Ellie is shirtless, she managed to mash laffy taffy all in her shirt.
"Brodrick 5" is how we told our friends we were pregnant.
So for FHE we told the kids they had 5 minutes and to go at the house. They really didn't eat that much we thought but apparently it was too much. A few days later we were heading out to school and Noah looked at the house and said "Mom, you need to throw that in the trash, just looking at it makes my stomach hurt." I promised I would yet forgot throughout the day. The second Noah walked in the house he complained "MOM, you didn't throw it away! Now my stomach hurts!" It was pretty funny. Needless to say it then made it's way to the trash.
