Fire Station

We have a new fire station and our playgroup went to tour it. It was very nice and the fire fighters were super friendly. They answered questions, let us tour their bunks, kitchen, gym, trucks. Gave us interesting information like they can only go 10 miles over the speed limit, their gear weighs an extra 75ls..etc. One even dressed in his gear in the heat of the day to show the kids and encourage them to never run or hide from a fire fighter because they are there to help. It was a fun and informative trip.
