Noah is very needy and clingy when we are home and I finally thought I;d found the solution to doing something productive with him awake. I needed to bake some cookies so I set him on the side of the counter with his feet in the sink. Turned on the water and gave him a little bowl and spoon to splash around. He was totally occupied the whole time I mixed everything (big accomplishment.) However, we started out fully dressed on the side on the sink and ended up eventually only in diaper(soaking wet) inside the sink. He loved it though and if he wasn't so fascinated with the garbage disposal could become a regular activity. Now every time I turn on the sink to wash hands or dishes, he whines and wants to play.
